15” and 26” Hydrocyclones
Tega 15” & 26” Hydrocyclones are made of high wear resistant rubber parts and are housed in mild steel casing. The entire cyclone is divided into different parts, which are held together by simple flanges and quick release type of clamp systems. For 26” cyclone , the larger parts are boiled.
Developed for applications involving heavy duty coarse seperations, this robust new range is ideal for miling circuits and classification in high density pulp streams.
The design is based upon the highly successful range of Tega hydrocyclones and incorporates tangential feed entry with spiral ramping to minimize turbulance and maximize top-end separation efficiency. Extremely durable, the contsruction also ensures exceptional wear life in the all-important inlet region.
Designed for ease in maintenance, Tega Large Diameter Hydrocyclones are constructed from mild steel with replaceable rubber liners.
