Used for top loading where vapour needs to be recovered.
The vapour recovery cone is made out of aluminium and covered with a hydrocarbon resistant rubber-like compound.
Vapour is recovered from the cone with a flexible tube.
This type of loader is equipped with a pneumatic cylinder controlling vertical movement.
The cylinder is used to ensure constant contact between the manhole and vapour recovery cone.
The loading arm is balanced with a spring balancing cylinder unit.
On request this loading arm can be equip with a pneumatic or electronic overfill sensor.

Commonly used for top loading due to its versatile operating range.
The loading arm is swinging on 2174 model carbon steel swivel.
Final swivel model 2175, aluminium construction.
The loading arm is balanced with a spring balancing cylinder unit.
The arm is fitted with a model 504 loading valve with shockless closing time and remote linkage control unit
Design pressure: 10.0 Bar G
Design Temperature: -15°C / +65°C
Recommended flow rate: 3� � 75m3/h 4� – 125m3/h
