C30 SERIES MECHANICAL SEALS

The type C30 is standard cartridge mechanical seal suitable for power, metallurgy industries.

DESIGN FEATURES:

• Standard design: Comply with DIN24960 and ANSI with simple and compact structure.
• Balance design: Less influence from the pressure of cavity suitable for abroad pressure range.
• External mounting multi spring: Good compensation ability, even face loading can reduce the adsorption and block.
• No “o-ring design without axial movement can reduce failure from o-ring
• Design of reverse pressure resistance: The reverse balanced structure design can endure a certain instant reversal pressure to prevent the sudden failure.
• Cartridge structure: Easy and simple fitting, eliminate errors during the installation.
• More gland can be selected: API standard type gland or waist-shape gland.

SLURRY SEALS

C156 SERIES MECHANICAL SEALS
The type C156 is a kind of special heavy type mechanical seal for similar slurry fluid, which is adopted the structure of rubber septum and o-ring suitable for handling the fluid containing solid or fibred impurity such as sewage and dreg slurring etc to meet the need of some industries such as power, petrochemical, oil field and metallurgy etc.

• Integral hard face: Optimized design of integral seal ring, corrosion resistant hard material, contacting with the medium at the maximum limit and excellent heat dispersing effect.
• Balance design: Less influence from the cavity pressure, high pressure endured ability and abroad application.
• Multi-spring outboard: Abroad axial compensation, even face loading, no clogging and sticking.
• Combination style secondary seal: Combination of rubber septum and o-ring can prevent solid blocking and make it slip agile to endure higher pressure.
• Cartridge design: Ensure the accuracy of seals in working situation, fit conveniently and fast and eliminate errors during the installation.

BT1 SERIES MECHANICAL SEALS

The type BT1 is a slurry seal with a pair of hardness surface material for sealing dirty fluids such as waste water, slurry etc.

• External mounting multi-spring: Not influenced by the fluid and excellent compensation.
• Floating face: Good rigidity, small deformation and even temperature rise.
• Shield protection: The secondary seal can not contact with the fluid and slide flexibly.
• Located by set screw: Simple and reliable, convenient adjustment.

OPERATING LIMITS:

• Temperature: -40 deg C-220 deg C
• Pressure: 0-5 MPa, avoid working in negative-pressure or vacuum.
• Speed: Up to 25m/s
• Size available: 18mm-100mm, maximum up to 200mm on request.

CF10 SERIES MECHANICAL SEALS FOR AGITATORS

Double faces and cartridge structure accordance with most standards installation dimensions.

DESIGN FEATURES:

• Cartridge structure: make the installation easier.
• A wide range of service: Ensure both the corrosion resistance and the sealing performance. The secondary seals of different materials can be replaced to suit the various fluid of chemical industry.
• Standardizing design: The connection dimensions of flange comply with the standards of DIN28138 and HG21571-95.
• Multi-spring structure: Ensure a good seal lubrication under the high pressure condition.
• Double faces structure: Make the spring not contact with the fluid to be used in various corrosive and poisonous fluids.
• Integral face: Simple geometry shape face design, small face distortion.
