Imali Loans reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect, service or feature of any of its products.

The services provided by Imali Loans are only available to residents of the Republic of South Africa (RSA) (“RSA residents”), with a valid bar-coded Identity Document. Any use or attempted use of the services by any one else could result in civil action or criminal prosecution.

The Applicant acknowledges that a credit risk inquiry may be undertaken by Imali Loans and the Applicant hereby grants its consent thereto.

The Applicant acknowledges that, as a result of the credit risk inquiry, a loan may be granted for an amount less than what was applied for. The Applicant hereby consents to and accepts being granted a loan for such lesser amount.

We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site.

The loan fees are as follows:

This is calculated as follows – Your initial loan amount, plus 36% interest and a R57 Initiation fee.

The loan will be repayed back via debit order, authorization of which is below:

This Authority and Mandate refers to our contract as dated as on application hereof. I hereby authorise you to issue and deliver payment instructions to the bank for collection against my abovementioned account at my above mentioned bank on condition that the sum of such payment instructions will never exceed my obligations as agreed to in the Agreement.

The individual payment instructions so authorised to be issued must be issued and delivered as follows

i. If there are insufficient funds in the nominated account to meet the obligation, you are entitled to track my account and re-present the instruction for payment as soon as sufficient funds are available in my account;

I understand that the withdrawals hereby authorised will be processed through a computerized system provided by the South African Banks and I also understand that details of each withdrawal will be printed on my bank statement. Each transaction will contain a number, which must be included in the said payment instruction and if provided to you should enable you to identify the Agreement. A payment reference is added to this form before the issuing of any payment instruction. I shall not be entitled to any refund of amounts which you have withdrawn while this authority was in force, if such amounts were legally owing to you.

MANDATE
I acknowledge that all payment instructions issued by you shall be treated by my above mentioned bank as if the instructions had been issued by me personally.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
