Electrical and General parts shall be subject to the manufacture’s/ suppliers warranty. All other warranties shall be on a 3 month workmanship basis. The warranty on engine overhauls will be 30 000km’s or 6 months, whichever one comes first. Gearbox repairs and reconditioning will carry warranties subjected to work carried out.
Our standard labour rate of R400.00 per hour will be charged (excluding call out fees) and all diagnostics will be charged out at R250.00 per hour. The above rate/charge are net and exclude VAT.

We do not wait for damages to happen but instead try to prevent them from happening. Please refer to our scheduled service intervals and take note of our routine 84 point check list which includes removal and reinstallation of all wear and tear parts, which in turn provides us with all the necessary information so that we can provide you with an up to date on current condition of your vehicle.
We minimize down time as:
All vehicle repairs are attended to on the same day of arrival and in some cases are released within a couple of hours depending on the work required.
Down time varies from one working day on minor repairs to a maximum of four weeks on major engine rebuilding and repairs. No repairs will be undertaken without prior consent and without a company order or requisition number. Quotes will be emailed or hand delivered as soon as possible, after your vehicles arrival. For your records, photos of damages will be supplied on your request.
What does the complete maintenance service include?
All replacement items as per the Manufacturer Service Schedule which include:
- Air filter
- Oil filter
- Petrol/Diesel filter
- Pollen and inline filters
- Oil and top up fluids
- Parts and labour to conduct service
- Brake pads/shoes, brake discs/drums(discs and drums only when damaged)
- Clutch plate, pressure plate, pilot bearing or bush and thrust bearing
- Leaks (all seals and gaskets where needed)
- All belts including serpentine, camshaft, balancing shaft and multi v-belts
- Adjustment to rockers and or timing belts
- Braking system flush and replace fluids
- Radiator flush and replace coolant
- Engine flush and replace oil
- Bearings and bearing hubs where needed
Full inspection of vehicle from front to back with a report which includes:
- Report on all broken or cracked windscreens, glass and lights
- Full report on tyres (condition and thread life)
- Report on general condition of bodywork and chassis
- Report on all parts removed and or replaced
- All vehicles will be returned with a 34 multi-point inspection sheet

- Petrol/ Diesel Filter
- Pollen Filter/ Inline Filters
- Oil and top up of fluids
- Parts and Labour to conduct the service
- Adjustment of handbrake and removal of brake drums for cleaning & inspection
Full inspection of vehicles from front to back with report on faulty items and or parts, which include:
- All electrics(starter, alternator, wiper motor, relays, flashers and globes
- Clutch components(adjustments & Bleeding of slave cylinders)
- Braking system(drums, disks, master& slave cylinder, brake pads/ brake shoes)
- Report on all broken or cracked windows & lights
