Impact Pneumatics is a specialized company involved in the sales, service and repair of Rotary Vane, Screw and Piston type Compressors. We will gladly assist you with the likes of Broom & Wade, Atlas Copco, CompAir, Gardner & Denver, Ingersoll Rand, SCR Air Stream and many more.

• We also do pressure vessel inspection, testing and certification of all air receivers. We have multiple teams fully equipped and ready to respond to your call and assist wherever we can.
   

Impact Pneumatics is an authorized re seller for CompAir, Atlas Copco Multibrand (Ceccato) and SCR AirStream. We fully support their range of air compressors, accessories, upstream equipment and air treatment.

Capabilities

Compressed Air Division:

• The service, repair & supply of all compressor brands (piston, vane and screw type)
• The service, repair and supply of refrigeration dryers and air coolers, exclusive of heat exchanges
• The supply and calibration of all pressure vessels, horizontal and vertical, inclusive of their accessories. (Gauges, safety valves, ball valves and drain valves)
• The legislative certification and 3 yearly PVT inspection / test of all pressure vessels
• The supply and service of all compressed air accessories (pre / after filters, gauges, auto drains, manual drains, water traps, cyclones, differential gauges, filter cartridges and ball valves etc.)
• Pipe installations, both reticulating water and compressed air (above ground, over- head and below ground) flanged, screwed and welded
   

Civil / Construction Division:

• Erection of buildings (Compressor houses, rooms)
• Concrete slabs and driveways / roadway paving leading to compressor installations
• Erection of perimeter fencing of any specification
• Erection of steel works of any specification
• Modification and upgrading of existing works
• Pipe installations, overhead, above ground and below.
   

Hired Air Capability

We have a number of units available to assist you if needed. We will also gladly assist you in the cross hire of any large size machine if need be.
