Crane Remote Control Systems
The introduction of crane remote control systems has driven greater productivity, efficiency and safety on the crane system. As we all know cranes are essentially useful in a number of industries, including aircraft, auto manufacturing, minerals, pulp and paper, steel production, ship loading as well as the grain industry. Prior to the remote control technology, industrial cranes have been operated by someone sitting in cabs in the crane.
In this case the operator would be assisted and guided by the hand signals of a person outside the crane. So the guy on the ground would hook the chains, does the loading and waves his hands in order to direct the operator in the cab on where to move the crane. With the advancement in technology, now crane can be operated by remote control. The latest crane remote control systems provides more safety, reliability, efficiency, versatility and cost effectiveness.
