The gear is manufactured using a steel alloy material, using a quenching and grinding procedure which results in low noise during operation. A buffer has been designed to enhance the motors life. The IP54 rated motor come with a high starting torque, excellent thermal diffusion, compact, low current, reliability and durability.By incorporating a direct electro-magnetic brake so that the driving force of the motor can be easily adjusted.
