I know I was a bit difficult when the paperwork was not here in time, but that was not easy stores fault.

All that aside. I would just like to thank you and the EASY STORE?  staff for all your work with the packing of the container. You guys did a GREAT JOB. A special thank you to Tiffany for the good marking and inventory list that she did. Customs said if it were not for that we would have been busy much longer. Also, I would just like to inform you that we did not have any breakages whatsoever. I would gladly recommend you to anybody that wants to move or relocate here, and there might be a few in the next year or so.

I would like to compliment you on your staff who delivered a storage unit to me this morning. They were Super, the driver, Peter, Doctor and Petros.

Our home has a steep driveway and my heart sank when I saw what they were expected to achieve. They

were completely unfazed and their standard response to every query was, ?Don?t worry. We?ll fix it.? They did indeed ?fix it? and managed to repack the container with very little fuss. I hovered around for a while, but

eventually realised that they were true professionals who didnt need my “advice”.

The truck arrived at exactly the arranged time and my goods were unpacked within 20 minutes with absolutely no hiccups. Everything was in perfect order, with no dust or damaged items.

We would especially like to commend Johan and Motob who were involved in the packing and unpacking of our goods. Their service was excellent. The unpacking being especially challenging in that we have moved to a panhandle of a very busy road. The rig had to be parked in the road due to a lack of suitable parking. The offload was done with speed and efficiency with as little disruption to traffic as possible.
