Tega Hydrocyclones are made of high wear resistant polyurethane and are light in weight. Entire cyclone body consists of moulded polyurethane parts, which are held together by steel plates and stainless steel studs/clamps. Simple and quick release type of clamp system is provided for spigot fixing.

Hydrocyclones are available in single units. For larger flow rates , cyclones are supplied in radials, mushrooms or canisters. These forms can accommodate 4 – 60 cyclones depending on the type of radial selected.

Tega 10” Hydrocylone is made of high wera rsistant polyurethane and is light in weight. The cyclone polyurethane parts are enclosed in stainless steel casing, which are held together by steel plates and stainless steel studs. Tega 15” & 26” Hydrocyclones are made of high wear resistant rubber parts and are housed in mild steel casing. The entire cyclone is divided into different parts, which are held together by simple flanges and quick release type of clamp systems. For 26” cyclone , the larger parts are boiled.

Developed for applications involving heavy duty coarse seperations, this robust new range is ideal for miling circuits and classification in high density pulp streams.

The design is based upon the highly successful range of Tega hydrocyclones and incorporates tangential feed entry with spiral ramping to minimize turbulance and maximize top-end separation efficiency. Extremely durable, the contsruction also ensures exceptional wear life in the all-important inlet region.

Designed for ease in maintenance, Tega Large Diameter Hydrocyclones are constructed from mild steel with replaceable rubber liners.

Trommels

Tega offers a wide range of Trommels for heavy duty and light applications along with structure, rubber or polyurethane screen panels,spirals , connecting pieces and end flanges. All the Trommels are custom designed optimizing the sizes, capacity , and wear life. The structural parts, type , reinforcement are designed and manufactured on the basis of application. The structural design is crosschecked and optimised with Finite Element Analysis. All the structural parts are covered with rubber coating to resist corrosion. The Trommel screen panels may be of rubber or polyurethane based on the application and consists of totally embedded mild steel reinforcement to take care of load as well as to maintain curvature of the panels.

The Tega Trommel structures are analysed under specified loading condition using Finite Element Analysis method. the FEA analysis under the specified structure and assures a more rigid and stable structure for the actual operating condition.

Lagging of the conveyor pulley is essential to improve conveyor belt performance. The use of lagging reduces belt slippage, improves tracking and extends life of belt, bearing & other components.

Tega Ceramic Pulley Lagging is especially suited for pulleys where slippage and excessive wear & tear problems which make normal rubber lagging ineffective. Tega ceramic pulley lagging widely used on the drive pulleys, can also be used on snub, bend and tail pulleys. This innovative new product incorporates square ceramic tiles with unique circular nubs which help in proper grip of the belt under wet, muddy or any such arduous conditions.

CN Bonding System: This has extra layer of specially developed rubber at the bottom of ceramic pulley lagging ensuring higher bonding strength with rubber to metal surface of the pulley.

Tega innovated the SPILL-EX skirt sealing system, is simple yet effective in making conveyor loading stations completely spillage free. Skirt sealing is generally provided on both side of skirt board; however, for conveyors inclined upward or for those handling fines, the sealing of the rear of the belt is necessary. Rear skirt sealing is provided with a fixed length backing plate i.e. based on belt width. The height of the rubber blocks are increased by 100 mm than the standard size of side skirt sealing to compensate for trough height

The Tega Friflo Impact Pad is a fusion of three different layers. The top layer is made of UHMWPE – for smooth gliding of the conveyer belt. The middle layer is of rubber – to cushion the impact load, while the lower layer is for fastening impact pads on the support frame, which is usually made of aluminium.

Rubber as a lining material has proved to be very useful in material handling applications due to its inherent dampening properties. The dampening effect of a rubber liner depends on angle of impact

Tega wear resistant rubber liners are manufactured from special rubber compound by high pressure moduling which imparts abrasion , impact & corrosion reistant properties to these liners. These liners plates are available in solid type (SB-S) & reinforced type at hole position (SB-R). The wear pattern of these elements can be predicted fairly accurately which enables proper maintenance planning & hence reduces the overall costs.
