As with the cone crushers, Thabisa has the facilities, experience and expertise to take on any type of jaw crusher repair. Our workshop is equipped to accommodate any size of jaw crusher, from laboratory equipment to massive primary rock breakers.

We are in demand for and specialize in line boring, shaft fabrication, general fabrication, crusher re-builds and any type of similar work.

We also build new crushers according to customer specification, sell new branded crushers, reconditioned crushers and good second-hand equipment.

If your old replacement mechanical part can be re-used and repaired – we can help with service exchange units. These include pitmans and swingstocks.

We stock and sell 14-18% manganese wearing parts and liners for most brands of jaw crushers. In addition to the liners we also sell cheek plates, wedges, wearing plates, clamping plates, bolts and tension rods.

When it comes to critical mechanical part break-downs, we can assist with labyrinth seals, bearings, eccentric shafts and any other enquiry on demand.
