RIPR (Richard Irons Plant Rentals) hires quality equipment with qualified and certified personnel to the construction industry as well as to companies involved in the South African infrastructure programmes such as installation and upgrading of power lines, water and roads.

RIPR also services small corporations such as landscaping and private individuals with their home improvements. The company is a certified BBBEE contributor and endeavours to constantly improve it’s ratings to contribute positively to the country’s BBBEE standards.

Richard Irons Plant Rentals is a contributing member to the CPHA (Contractors Plant Hire Association) in South Africa and adhere to it’s standards and code of conduct.

The organisation is maintaining it’s competitiveness within the industry by specialising in TLB’s and Skid-Steer Loaders and by focusing on customer service.

Employees attend regular on the job training courses, facilitated by SETA approved training companies. They are in receipt of their respective qualifications.

More than 75% of all suppliers are BBBEE verified. Thereof the number owned and managed by previously disadvantaged South Africans is constantly growing.

Through these initiatives RIPR is supporting governmental priorities in South Africa, namely those of creating sustainable jobs and facilitating the development of broad based black economic empowerment.
