PD Nixon Containers cc was established by Philip Nixon in 1995 with the aim of converting containers for various container sales companies. In 1995 PD Nixon Containers cc went solely on its own marketing sales, rentals, converting and transporting containers.

The business owns and operates from 18 Indiana Road, Apex, Benoni.

We have 4 crane trucks able to move and deliver your container anywhere in South Africa. All truck drivers and operators have operating crane certificates for the loading and off loading of containers.

PD Nixon Containers cc is able to convert containers into various different specifications. We have a huge range of new and second hand marine containers as well as a rental fleet.

All our containers are supplied in good condition and are all thoroughly inspected before it leaves the premises to ensure that the containers have no holes or leaks. All marine containers are wind and water tight.

Container Conversions & Sales

PD Nixon Containers cc has the ability to convert containers into any type of conversion as per client requirements.

Standard sizes are 3m, 6m and 12m but we are skilled to cut containers and or to join containers on site, to suit the size required by the client.

At PD Nixon Containers cc we have a manufacturing plant that consist of guilotine, brake press, welding and a large spray booth that can hold up to six containers at any given time. We stock new and pre-owned shipping containers for conversions.

Container Rentals

At PD Nixon Containers we provide 3m, 6m and 12m containers on a rental basis. Rental of containers is signed for a minimum of one month. Our reefer containers rentals are a minimum of 14 days.

Rental lease agreement forms need to be completed and signed. One month of rent with the transport must to be paid in full and we will deliver within 2 days.
