Management

At Sizanani Security Services we believe to have a successful and professional business you have to employ only the highest standard of dedicated management who shares in the success of the business. Our management is selected to the strictest criteria possible to ensure that customer and staff satisfaction is continuously adhered to.

When new business is allocated we insure that management and staff train to the specific requirements and needs of our client. We also ensure that continuous on site training takes place. Management is given a percentage of equity to ensure that they are more dedicated  and understand that the customer is the biggest contributing factor in our business. The members and management of Sizanani Security Services are all very experienced and have more than 5 years experience in the security industry.

Management is also support in that Sizanani Security Services believes in an eighty to ratio, meaning that unlike our competitors, we allocate a maximum of 3 security officers per area manager and thus ensuring that management has sufficient time quality visit.
