The Company
Nel Auto Body (pty) ltd is registered as a Company (not a CC) with three directors.
This Young dynamic company was born after years of planning and dreaming about it. While the two son’s Werner and Ryno were busy gaining experience at other companies, Father Johan was busy preparing the workshop and equipment. With Ryno in charge of all reparations and Werner in charge of all spraywork, everything is running smoothly. A number of “private job’s” over weekends, proved that our shop, equipment, experience and eager was ready for anything.
Nel Auto Body was officially opened on Johan’s 60th birthday anniversary on 24 January 2012 with a alcohol-free party in the workshop. Jesus was appointed as MD, security, insurer and caretaker of this company that night, and that is how we would like it to stay. The most incredible happened when our workshop was fully packed with work within two days and we are still busy like that ever since. Our loyal customers stick with us and keep us busy by promoting us where ever they go. Our Clients normally become friends.
So, why would anybody support us?
Simply because we deliver high quality workmanship with good quality parts and materials at a good affordable price. Other companies find it hard to beat our quotations and workmanship. We spoil our customers with our collect and delivery service. We understand the situation of some customers who cannot be without their wheels during the week. We do many of those jobs over weekends. We also know that most people cannot wait 3-4 weeks for a car. We deliver a quick service where possible.
But, how is that possible?
That is because we have the experience through certified courses and practical work. We also have the equipment including a spray-booth, without going overboard with expense on smart un-needed equipment. Most important is that we don’t pay a fortune on rent for our workshop. We don’t spent a fortune on marketing because mouth to mouth does it all for us. By using technology, we don’t spent a salary on a receptionist /secretary. Our team of workers do their best because we make sure they work in a pleasant environment. We keep them happy and they keep our clients happy. We save money where we can and give those savings to our customers through low quotations.
And what is our policy?
Commitment to service excellence. We believe in giving good quality at a fair price. We do not expect a client to be satisfied with a job that would not be good enough for ourselves. If it is not good enough, we do it over. We want our customers to become friends, and that happens all the time. How nice to have a friend in the panel-beating business !!!!
