Marie van Coller, is the director and founder of Marie van Coller Inc. and obtained her LLB degree from the University of Johannesburg, and is admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer. Marie is very dynamic, motivated and strives for excellence in every matter she takes on.
Marie has excelled in conveyancing for over 25 years and has distinguished herself not only by the depth of her legal knowledge and experience but also by her ability to apply her expertise into her practice.

Marinus Labuschagne – Associate Attorney
Marinus is an Associate in the firm’s litigation department; he obtained his LLB degree from the University of North West (Pukke Campus) in 2012 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2015.
Marinus has experience in Criminal Law, Family Law, Contractual disputes and General Civil litigation. Marinus believes in treating every client like he/she is his only client and every case receives his undivided attention.

Warren M. Daniels – Associate Attorney
Warren is an Associate in the firm’s litigation department. He obtained his LLB degree from the University of Johannesburg (UJ) in 2014 and was Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2017.
Warren has experience in Eviction Applications, Debt Collections and Rental Disputes, however, he has an overall interest in South African Law in general, he believes that every client deserves the best legal service and strives to ensure that each clients’ matter is approached with attentiveness and fairness.

Louise Barkhuizen – Article clerk
Louise Barkhuizen, is employed as an article clerk at Marie van Coller Inc. Louise is very passionate about her work and is also determined to make the best of each and every matter, regardless of the complexity of the situation.
Louise has been with Marie van Coller Inc for nearly 7 years, attending mainly to conveyancing and Estate Late matters. Louise is determined and motivated to complete her studies and to be admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in the near future.
